Stroke of Garnak

Okay all you bladey boys. Who can tell me about the stroke of Garnak without looking it up? I'll give you a hint....it assists in bleeding your opponent out.

      With a rapier, you draw your blde behind you opponents lunging knee when he makes a thrust. This was done two times to a guy in a duel over honor in France in the 1600's. The cut guy refused treatment and would not withdraw his challange of honor and both his femorral arteries bled him out. The winner was a nobelman named Garnak.

      Thus this neverbefore seen move became famous across Europe as "La stroke du Garnak".
