Is there a locking mechanism for a folding knife stronger than the Benchmade Axis lock?

I have a Benchmade 722 with an Axis and a CRKT Cruiser with a LAWKS system and, while I've never really done any 'stress-testing' with either, the Cruiser's lock just "feels" more solid.

Sun, January 2, 2005 - 8:29 PMI own a couple of benchmaids with the axis lock. So far my favorite! No problems!! And both of those knives I have put through hell. -

I'd better get a knife with the LAWKS system, though.
Always been fascinated by the REKAT Sifu too, though a 5" blade would attract more attention if I whipped it out to open boxes...
